I developed a modular, on-brand template system that transformed how retail campaigns were produced on The Weather Channel platform. By standardizing layouts and building reusable creative frameworks, we cut timelines from 11 days to 3, reduced production costs, and created a repeatable system that encouraged brands to launch more campaigns — turning efficiency into a revenue driver.
Best Buy — Electronics & Seasonal Tech
Challenge: Refresh Best Buy’s creative for The Weather Channel app redesign while improving flexibility for seasonal product pushes.
Solution: Introduced dynamic-perspective storefronts, simplified skies, and uncluttered layouts with more space for brand assets. Integrated weather conditions (clear, cloudy, rainy, wintry) seamlessly into the creative.

Lowe’s — Home Improvement & Seasonal Promotions
Challenge: Enable quick-turn seasonal campaigns (spring gardening, hurricane prep, holiday décor) without starting from scratch each time.
Solution: Built a scalable graphic container + storefront system that could accommodate new seasonal assets with minimal design changes.
Impact: Reduced turnaround time while keeping Lowe’s seasonal branding strong and consistent across multiple promotions.
