We Made Billboards Smarter

Weather-triggered DOOH that runs itself.

We built a modular DOOH system that automatically adapted to weather, location, and time of day — without needing manual refreshes. The result? A scalable framework that brought contextual creative to life in real time across multiple cities.

What I Built

A modular DOOH framework that adapted creative based on live data — time of day, weather conditions, and location.

The system used:

  • A live Google Sheet for real-time data updates 

  • Contextual triggers to determine what message to show 

  • Smart templates that scaled across formats without manual design edits 

This made it possible to automatically run iced coffee promos on hot afternoons, umbrella ads when it rained, and dinner spots right before 6pm — all without a single manual export.
